We want you to feel as confident in your Jackson Galaxy apparel as a cat in a sunny window. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
